Payroll Service

Scope of Work

We will be responsible for the preparation of your payroll, which includes computation of withholding income tax, preparation of pay slips, payroll reports , social security reports, withholding income tax certificates and reports. We will also deposit money into each individual’s bank account, as well as file social security reports to the Social Security Department and file withholding income tax reports to the Revenue Department for you. Your responsibility is to prepare a cheque for us and provide us the employees’ information, e.g. marital status, number of children , deductible expenses, salary rate, overtime, and employees’ bank account numbers. We will be responsible for providing a reliable software to process the payroll for you.

Deliverable

Every payment period, we will provide you with the following:

• Pay Slips for all employees.
• Payroll summary report broken down by department and individual employee.
• A copy of withholding income tax forms ( Por Ngor Dor1 and 1 Kor ).
