Tax Compliance
Scope of Work
We will be responsible for preparing all your tax forms,
as well as submitting the forms to the Revenue Department.
Your responsibility is to gather all the related documents
and send them to us on a timely basis. This service covers
the following taxes:
- Withholding income tax (Por Ngor Dor 3, 53)
- Value Added Tax (Por Por 30)
- Personal Income Tax (Por Ngor Dor 1 , Por Ngor Dor 1 Kor)
- Corporate Income Tax (Ngor Dor 50, Por Ngor Dor 51)
Deliverable
After submitting the forms to the Revenue Department, we
will provide you with the following documents for your reference
:
- A copy of Por Ngor Dor 3, 53 and the receipt from the
Revenue Department.
- A copy of Por Por 30 and the receipt from the Revenue
Department.
- A copy of Por Ngor Dor 1 , Por Ngor Dor 1 Kor and the
receipt from the Revenue Department.
- A copy of Por Ngor Dor 50, Por Ngor Dor 51 and the receipt
from the Revenue Department.
